Costs of Offshoring With Offshore Advantage
The costs of offshoring are different for each country of operations and each project undertaken. Offshore Advantage serves clients who are in different parts of the offshoring process and who have very different goals. Our prices reflect the diversity of projects that we take on by assessing the size and length of the project as well as the cost of living in the country you choose.
Each of our projects is different, so our prices depend on the size of the offshore office our clients want to create, the cost of the country they are offshoring to, and the length of time it takes to complete the office set-up.
For example, a client who starts with us from the beginning and takes advantage of our full range of services (see Steps to Offshore), would pay more than a client who has independently located an office space and simply wants help in hiring staff. In addition, offshoring to countries such as India or Thailand is a less expensive endeavour than offshoring to Mexico or Romania, and our fees take this into account.
How We Bill
We generally bill in two-week increments. We have found that two weeks is about the right amount of time for companies to achieve each of these goals quickly. Therefore, clients who are motivated to complete the project in a short time period do not pay for more than the two weeks that they need. However, clients who want to spend more time on any particular step have the option to extend in two-week increments.
The following table provides a guide to our pricing policy per service in each of our operating countries. If you are interested in offshoring to a country not on this list, feel free to contact us; we can most likely accommodate you and quote you a price for that country.
